Host-defense peptide. High-risk; easy to overshoot.

The only human cathelicidin. Antimicrobial and immunomodulatory, but it can also be pro-inflammatory and has been implicated in autoimmune flares (e.g. psoriasis, rosacea) when dysregulated.

How it is used

Host-defense peptide. High-risk; easy to overshoot.

Subcutaneous

Morning. Stop if rash, dyspnea, or systemic inflammation appears.

1–2 weeks. Do not run chronically.

How to mix this vial

Typical vial 5 mg · 5 mL BAC

5 mg + 5 mL → 1 mg/mL. 50 mcg = 5 units. Start at the floor. This is not a ‘more is better’ peptide.

Fridge. Handle as a short-dated research vial.
