Stacking without stacking problems
One job per peptide. Do not run two GLP-1s. Cycles have a stop date.
Rules of thumb
Give each peptide a job: repair, GH pulse, appetite, sleep, immune. If two peptides share a receptor family (two GLP-1s, two GHRPs), pick one.
Introduce one compound at a time so you can attribute side effects. Titrate the incretins; do not ‘load’ them.
When to stop
New or changing moles on melanocortin agonists, hypoglycemia on IGF-1, inflammatory flare on LL-37, jaundice/severe abdominal pain on GLP-1s — stop and get care.
A cycle with no end date is not a protocol. Put the calendar in the log.
